Serena Viti

I am a Professor of Astronomy at Leiden Observatory at Leiden University. My research interests lie within the field of astrochemistry and galactic and extragalactic star formation studies, both by observations and modelling, with emphasis on the use of chemical and dynamical models to study the clumpy nature of the ISM, and star forming regions. See my publication list for more details.

Our Group

I lead a group of researchers largely based at Leiden Observatory but incorporating students from University College London.

MOPPEX

A large part of my group's research relates to the ERC funded project MOPPEX.
